Your learning path, step by step

All trainings take place in Uvita, Costa Rica, in 2027. Experienced practitioners may begin at Module 1.

Certification: To become a certified N.O.T. practitioner, you need to show proficiency in all three modules of the Foundation Course and attend both the Module 1 and Module 2 in-person seminars, which together cover all three modules of the video course.

Before You Attend

  • Enrollment in and study of the Foundation Course is required before any in-person N.O.T. seminar. Purchasing it is not enough: please study it thoroughly at home before you attend, and bring its two printed manuals with you.
  • New to muscle testing or anatomy? Take the Prerequisite Course first, then the Foundation Course to prepare you for the Beginner Training.
  • Strong applied kinesiology and anatomy background? You may be able to begin with the full Module 1 training. Please contact us first so we can confirm the right starting point for you.
  • Not sure where to start? Email us and we will help you choose the right training.

Our advice

Arrive at least one day early to rest after the long journey, and if possible stay one or two days afterwards to integrate the training. Costa Rica is an ideal setting for this work: slow, alive and deeply regulating.
